Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Soldiers Independent Rehabilitation Foundation (SIRF), we sincerely appreciate your generous support toward the welfare of our soldiers, disabled veterans, and the families of martyred personnel. Your contributions help us continue our charitable initiatives and social welfare activities.

1. Nature of Contributions

SIRF is a registered non-profit organization (NGO) engaged in charitable and welfare activities. All donations made through our website or payment gateway are considered voluntary contributions made in support of our mission and objectives.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

No Cancellation

Once a donation has been successfully processed through our payment gateway, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or withdrawn by the donor.

Refund Requests

As donations are voluntary contributions made toward charitable causes, refunds will generally not be issued for intentional and successfully completed donations.

Technical Errors or Duplicate Transactions

In the event of a technical malfunction, payment gateway error, or duplicate transaction resulting in:

  • Multiple deductions for the same donation,
  • An incorrect amount being charged,
  • An unauthorized transaction caused by a payment processing error,

the donor may submit a refund request for review.

Reporting Timeline

Any dispute regarding duplicate or erroneous transactions must be reported to SIRF within 7 days from the date of the transaction.

After verification and approval by SIRF and the payment gateway partner, eligible refund amounts will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
